Poor maintenance, Poor lighting throughout the facility. constant rate increases and lack of customer service. I've been a customer here since 2014 and recently have been seeing constant increases in rent, but no improvement in maintenance or customer service. I don't recommend this facility for any storage needs.
The roof in our unit had a leak and we've tried for 2months to get it resolved as many items, including photos and irreplaceable collectibles were ruined. We took multiple pictures and provided documentation showing the damage. Today my husband was able to speak to Adam Blackburn. Adam was rude, condescending, and a complete jerk to my husband.
