We rented a 10 x 25 unit from November 2021 - January 2024 and had a fantastic experience with this SecurCare location on Beryl Rd. We had very few things we needed to speak to the manager about but when we did contact Toni, they were so easy to work with and were able to answer all of our questions. The facility itself was always neat and clean and easy to get in and out of. We had no problems at all. Highly recommend!

For many years I have operated a small business near this storage location. Whenever I need to store fixtures or displays for my shop I always prefer using SecurCare. It is convenient, accessible and reasonable priced for the Raleigh area. Jon has always been especially helpful, professional and friendly whenever I had a question or request.

It was a good experience. Unfortunately, due to mechanical issues with the unit it was gonna take about a week to start repairs. With the value of my items it was also a safety issue.
