The office manager Bethany is wonderful. She was very helpful and made sure that all my needs were met. I did not feel pressured or overwhelmed like some other places I have been. First impressions are office and grounds are spotless and well maintained. Happy that the whole place is paved and the aisles are really wide. Completely gated and cameras so I feel safe leaving my belongings here!

New name an management, so far so good the new counter person is very approachable an takes concerns seriously, only reason 3 stars I think the security measures could be a tad bit better other than great pkave

Horrible. Multiple rate increases in less than 9 months. New tenants pay around half what my rate was for the same unit. Avoid unless you want to pay more and more every couple of months.

I find that the name of this location is SecurCare which it is not even close to being a secure facility. The main gate is often left open to allow anyone to access the facility. The facilities manager Jim told me after my truck was stolen that they have ongoing gate issues and to make it easier they just leave the gate open. I was never contacted or told the security at this location was not working until after the truck was stolen and used to steal a trailer from this location.
