I have a medium size storage which I pay $128 a month,the representatives are awesome but the only thing lacking is there is no light fixture in the units. The place is on a street that is not too busy for street traffic
"Reserved" a 10x25 unit online. Called and was told that the unit was reserved; I added a parking space to the reservation. The representative on the phone stated I had the storage unit and the parking space reserved and she would email the contract and the payment instructions; she stated the check-in process is all online and I did not need to go to the store to complete the reservation. NOT so SECURE SecureCare self storage. I have been using this facility's parking spots in the back of the self storage area for 4-5 years. The rates are OK, but the SECURity is not. At the front entrance, you need a code to get either in or out, but that is not the issue. The yard backs up to a drainage channel that is essentially a superhighway for thieves to gain access to the rear of the property.
