Website made getting a storage unit very easy. I received a call almost immediately from the owner welcoming me and giving me details about the facility.
excellent service and kindness
My experIence with the 91st/Sheridan management was inferior. Lock on the unit I rented obviously was not available. Could get no response from that number/mgr - no one in the office either. Finally got in touch with Christi manager at the 81st/Lewis location and she helped me tremendously- moved to a unit there. She was great. She’s a keeper - reward her!!!
Painless procedure even with a trainee! Christie was pleasant and helpful
Answered the phone when we called. Directed me to a better unit with better access. We couldn't get the access code to work and they were right on it to help us get in. Seemed to always be there when needed. Appreciate that!
