My experIence with the 91st/Sheridan management was inferior. Lock on the unit I rented obviously was not available. Could get no response from that number/mgr - no one in the office either. Finally got in touch with Christi manager at the 81st/Lewis location and she helped me tremendously- moved to a unit there. She was great. She’s a keeper - reward her!!!

Answered the phone when we called. Directed me to a better unit with better access. We couldn't get the access code to work and they were right on it to help us get in. Seemed to always be there when needed. Appreciate that!
