We rented a 5x10 unit earlier this year, and when we needed to get a 10x20 unit as well, the staff was wonderful to deal with, helped get us set up, linked out accounts and able to ensure the accounts both reflected our Homeowers Policy! Could not ask for a better Storage Facility and staff. Thank you!

The only thing that saved this review from getting only one star is the wonderful clerk at the counter. I purchased a 10x15 online, and when I got there, the gate was stuck open (which I learned was stuck for several days...real useful gate), NONE of the outside units had numbers, no guide, and even if I had found my unit, there were locks on all the units so I wouldn't have gotten in anyway.
