The initial wait to get someone to answer the call was a tad long. Once Edmund answered, he helped make the reservation, answered my questions and was awesome. When I got to the office, Brittney was a fantastic start to an otherwise so-so day. She gave me excellent information, showed me the exact unit I would be renting and was a genuine pleasure to interact with. 15/10 would recommend without hesitation. One of the best customer service experiences in a world where that is in short supply.
