Had a great experience at Secure care Storage Place with Sandy! The staff was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to show us the available spaces and explained everything clearly. Excellent customer service and a smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommended if you’re looking for clean, secure, and affordable storage!
Mrs Sandy was very helpful helping me find a parking space for my small trailer. She sent me the link to the website making it easier for me to reserve the parking space. Well, first I would like to start by saying my family and I have been happy customers since January 2018. Today, Ms. Sandra helped my 72 year old mother upgrade to a larger storage space. I was running late , so my mother left the key with her until I arrived. Ms. Sandra is the lady that will greet you with a smile and always help anyone have the best experience I want to say thank you for always providing A+ Customer Service. We have been using this storage facility in Garland, TX since my stepdad passed away, in 2024. They have been friendly and the facility is safe. Now we are getting a new storage unit for ourselves.
From applying online, until going to the facility and met the young lady that runs the storage everything worked out smoothly and she is an angel, she's a very sweet lady.😊 I had no problems at all thank you very much!
