I had a fantastic experience at SecurCare Self Storage! Sandy was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process seamless. She took the time to show me different unit sizes and ensured I got the best rate available. The facility is clean and secure, but it’s the top-notch customer service from Sandy that really sets this place apart. Highly recommend!
I’ve had a wonderful experience so far with SecurCare. Initially, I spoke to someone (name?) over the phone - after hours - in order to purchase a rental unit. Then, I arrived at the facility and spoke with Sandy. She was very professional and friendly, explaining the finer details and even taking me to my rental unit. Excellent customer care! Highly recommend!!
