Sandy at the Bobtown location in Garland Texas is phenomenal. Her customer service was absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a storage unit I highly recommend this location.

I had a fantastic experience at SecurCare Self Storage! Sandy was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process seamless. She took the time to show me different unit sizes and ensured I got the best rate available. The facility is clean and secure, but it’s the top-notch customer service from Sandy that really sets this place apart. Highly recommend!

In door storage that is temperature controlled. Large and small units. Primary reason they get 5 stars is because of Sandy. She was super helpful and went above & beyond when we needed to cut the locks to empty out the unit.
