Well, first I would like to start by saying my family and I have been happy customers since January 2018. Today, Ms. Sandra helped my 72 year old mother upgrade to a larger storage space. I was running late , so my mother left the key with her until I arrived. Ms. Sandra is the lady that will greet you with a smile and always help anyone have the best experience I want to say thank you for always providing A+ Customer Service. From applying online, until going to the facility and met the young lady that runs the storage everything worked out smoothly and she is an angel, she's a very sweet lady.😊 I had no problems at all thank you very much!
We have been using this storage facility in Garland, TX since my stepdad passed away, in 2024. They have been friendly and the facility is safe. Now we are getting a new storage unit for ourselves.

My mother moved into senior living five years ago, and her furnishings were moved into Securcare Self Storage in Garland, TX at a premium price. Five years later, when mom was on hospice in a decline, management said renters’ insurance needed. Fully insured, I said I would bring a copy.
