Had excellent service from Ken. He was very helpful getting my lock, showing me to my unit and around the whole building.

The facility is clean and secure. Steve at the front desk was great. My only complaint is that after receiving a text and an email CONFIRMING my reservation for a 10x10, first floor unit, I was informed that it is really a "soft reservation". So I didn't really have a reservation at all. I ended up with a 10x10 on the 3rd floor. When I called the central number to see if I could email my insurance declaration pages, I learned that they do not have email.

I need to warn everyone about SecureCare Erie because their so-called security is a total joke. I lost over $7,000 worth of personal and business items thanks to their laughable security measures, and I’m not letting that slide without speaking up. The walls between units might as well be made of paper. Someone literally climbed over into my unit and helped themselves to my belongings. And the best part? The facility’s cameras only keep footage for three days. So, unless theft happens to be scheduled and the thieves perform... read more

Had trouble with signing the electronic contract, so I exited out and started over. This ended up double billing my account (charged 2 lockers). Called on Monday to straighten out, left a VM. No one returned my call. Called back late in the afternoon and sat on hold for 5:00 min. Finally got a customer service agent. Went through a lengthy explanation. He said he was going to give me a ticket number to resolve my issue. He put me on hold and then the line was disconnected. Super frustrating. I’m currently into 7 min of hold ... read more

You gave me a storage that was already occupied. The elevator wasn't working. No one was answering or returning my call. Worst experience ever. I had to pay for 2 separate storage's because you guys took my payment and i had to find another one the same day.
