I was having trouble with the handle on my unit and when I mentioned it, it was fixed as I was standing there. Wonderful service, and very friendly staff. I've used this storage facility for many years and have never had any problems.
These people are so pleasant to deal with. The manager has the nicest personality and always goes way out of her way for me. I truly appreciate their service to the community. I give them my highest recommendation.
We sure have enjoyed working with this storage place. Feel safe having our stuff there. Very kind every time we talk with them. Bonus close to home not far and also easy access.
Becky was very nice and helpful. Made everything very simple and got us what we needed.
I've been using this storage facility for over a year now and have never had any issues. Was 2 months late on my payment due to my card expiring and forgetting all about it and Becky was kind enough to cut me some slack on that. she makes customer service her number one priority.
