There are 2 things l love about this storage facility: The proximity to my house is great and DAREN! Daren was always so helpful, polite and professional. I always looked forward to seeing and talking with him and l knew he would take care of any concerns. I just moved out but had been there for years with no problems. The only improvements l recommend are less price increases and more security.

Daren was very helpful and friendly; when I stopped by they had been at lunch so the office door was locked then as I was about to get into my car Daren opened the door to make sure he didn’t miss me. My inquiry was resolved quickly. Great customer service!

I have had the best experience with SecurCare Self Storage. Daren is the best property manager ever! He was very attentive to my needs and offered options I can live with. He's absolutely the best!

Horrible facility, poor management zero communication, multigenerational family heirlooms properly packed were destroyed by rats, pounds of rat excrement and multiple stained articles with rat urine, must clean your own facility when ending rental which means handling bio hazardous material. Have heard many reports from others of break ins and items missing. Do not use this place.

This was my first time renting out a storage unit and Daren was very helpful. The best experience I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend and would came back again if needed in the future!
