My husband and I had a great experience with the property manager, Andy. He gave us five star quality service and got us what we wanted. Again great service.
Absolutely an awesome experience. No issues at all whatsoever. Would definitely recommend. Great and easy to work with.
The guy was very good at what he was doing after we finished he went took off the lock they have on empty units then was kind enough to assist me in getting a desk off my truck and on a cart
Property has been amazing since Chelsea started. It is so nice to be able to get questions answered and see all the improvements to the site. Chelsea is 10/10 and makes the experience at Blue Sky 100 times better 💜
Website advertises "self storage"- when I signed up it had me pay, sign my lease, and it sent me a gate code. After driving hours hauling and moving, we arrived to find that the gate code did not work. We had to scramble to find a new storage option and unload the truck at the last minute. It was extremely frustrating and stressful. When calling the desk to request a refund, as the service was not "Self storage" as promised, they stated they would not give a refund.
