The staff is very friendly and the prices is very reasonable. My only concern is that for the past 3 months I’ve had a number of issues with the gate not opening after I put my code in or when I go to leave the gate won’t open ive had to leave my car in there and get a ride on 2 separate days because I couldn’t get the gate to open and there is no emergency contact for this kinda issue. Very easy breezy and stress free. Zach was prompt, courteous, and informative! No hidden fees or additional charges and the rate was better than any that I found in town, not to mention the move-in 1 month free special! I would definitely recommend calling Zach at Louisville Storage for your storage needs if you want a hassle free experience and I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you Louisville Storage!
Cons: The website doesn’t have all information necessary to be able to access the rental unit even after you pay. I was called the next day to set up access and get more information. Also it is required to have homeowners insurance or insurance through them to be able to have the storage unit and I didn’t see on website. Really Clean place 4 sure!!! The young lady was quick and got me up and going super fast!!! And the prices are fair!!! I think the lady name was Dena ask for her!
