They could fix their damn elevators. Been broken for a year at least. Rates go up even though the storage facility is the lowest security possible.

If I could do a negative review I would. I posted about this place having a staff of people who lie. We've have no power in our unit for 2 weeks now! The electrician that came out once a day late complained the whole time and is utterly unlicensed. This place is cheap even though they raise the rent every 6 months. The guy never fixed the problem and was supposed to be here at 8 this morning because we have work. I love Betti she's a wonderful person. But what I don't like about the storage place is that you have to take your trash home with you. I have another storage unit elsewhere and they are very nice accommodating. There's a place to throw your stuff and there's even a public bathroom.
