I moved my stuff out of this storage unit in October due to multiple security and safety issues that had been reported but never resolved for over a year. Today, I receive an email stating they filed a notice for a lien sale on my unit. These unit has been empty since October 9, and they were notified. I have no idea what they plan to sell, because obviously their office does not do their job or they would have read the notice that was submitted through their portal for our October 9 move out. The lady that works there was very nice and very informative. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Easy to get in and out with code.
The facility has two new employees who have been polite, courteous and responsive. this has made a massive difference from the past.
The lady that runs it is probably one of the most unpleasant people I have ever had to work around. Avoid her at all cost if you can she will fallow you around on a golf cart.
