Experience was great . Staff "Chris" was knowledgeable . Locked in a great rate . Facility looks secure and safe .

This company bought out Century Storage and increased my monthly rent without me noticing or my consent. When I asked about the additional amount and said I didn't agree to an increase, they offered me a one-month credit. I said I would appreciate the credit but wanted to look into the additional amount that was not authorized by me they said I had been paying the increase for a while. I said even if I had to take it to small claims I was going to look into it. They said because I said that they retracted the credit and hung... read more
