I've been a customer for years and I would never switch service. The employees are kind and helpful. My storage unit has never had any theft or water damage etc . I trust them completely.
The staff at security public storage is so friendly! Makes it easy to sign up and work with them on anything I need. Very safe facility in my 2 months experience.
Love the customer service here. I’ve been storing our stuff here for past year while on deployment.
Friendly staff, mostly convenient hours (wish they were open an hour later), and my belongings feel safe here. Wish the price was lower, but that's the Bay Area.

I'm the tenant of multiple units and I have been here for a while, and find the place very convenient. The manager whose name is Dwayne Townsend is always helpful and attentive to all my needs.
