I just love security public storage on McHenry it is very secure and very very very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They give me heads up when I need to make a payment. I also like they don't have pests and the have strong storage walls. that's why I stay storing here😀
I have been a customer for a long time and wouldn't go anywhere else for a storage unit. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient! Never have had a problem with the unit or the facility. If you need help, the staff is there, and it's an easy access place. Highly recommended.

Great place to store your belongings, the ladies that run the place are super friendly and always maoe you feel welcome. Its always a pleasure seeing them there, and the storage units are nice and clean.
I rented a 6 x 10 unit the past 3 months and called to ask if I could move into a smaller 5 x 7 unit. Pablo helped me set up a time to move to the smaller unit the following day. Since I had already paid for the larger unit this month they are giving me a credit on the difference in price between the larger and smaller units. Pablo even helped me estimate if I could fit what I currently had in my 6 x 10 unit to see if it would fit in the 5 x 7.
