This is a wonderful place that has helped me along my journey. Everyone is super nice and helpful. When it rains it pours but the staff at security storage have been like an umbrella to my storm. I recommend them. 100%

I had a small storage unit for almost two years, everything was fine, we pre paid for 6months in advance. I closed the account and was to receive a pro rated refund in 7-10 days. I called 18 days later and was informed they were under new management, and my payment wasn't processed and it would take another 7-10 days. I am very disappointed.
I went to rent a storage space at the last minute, as a matter of fact I came over with full truck load and Helen from the office was extremely helpful. She was able to accommodate me in a heartbeat. I want to thank her for her excellent customer skills and friendly service. Courteous friendly people work here 😁👍
