I had a small storage unit for almost two years, everything was fine, we pre paid for 6months in advance. I closed the account and was to receive a pro rated refund in 7-10 days. I called 18 days later and was informed they were under new management, and my payment wasn't processed and it would take another 7-10 days. I am very disappointed.
I went to rent a storage space at the last minute, as a matter of fact I came over with full truck load and Helen from the office was extremely helpful. She was able to accommodate me in a heartbeat. I want to thank her for her excellent customer skills and friendly service. Courteous friendly people work here 😁👍
Very friendly, personable, and helpful staff Grounds are well maintained and clean. I hardly ever see any debris or trash laying around. Reasonable operating hours If there's a holiday observance closure, it's prominently posted on a gate as you enter in plain view well ahead of time to remind you There's flatbed carts available to check out to help you move your stuph from your unit to/from your vehicle if needed
