Absolute wonderful experience from start to finish. Every single staff member was absolutely wonderful! I went to my Uncle’s practice for over 15 years and he recently retired. Looking for a new dentist was a bit concerning. I had recommendations from some coworkers to try out Dr. Painter. They brought me in and treated me like family. This practice has adapted to patients wants and needs, offering state-of-the-art technology. Something I didn’t know my uncle neglected! UPDATE..Edited to add, since my original post..if you have insurance to file this is not the place for you.I called 3 times and have yet to receive my explanation of benefits. I referred my husband to have work done. He ended up not having the work done but was charged $200 +. And has yet to receive his refund. This place is definitely only for the rich folks. I was very nervous about going to a new dentist after many years. I avoided going! The staff at the Auburn office was amazing! Teresa was wonderful explaining everything and she was very gentle. Although I need to have some work done, I am not nervous about returning! I highly recommend! :)
