Very smooth servicing visit. Quick and attentive. I even spent some time talking to a lovely salesperson about trading.
It is never easy buying a new car. The experience can be very difficult. HOWEVER, I was very impressed with my first-time experience at Seminole Chevrolet. My Sales Associate, Josh Mederro was OUTSTANDING!! He was very knowledgeable on the new truck I was looking at, and a joy to work with! The entire staff was very friendly during our visit. And believe it or not, even dealing with Finance was a pleasure! I highly recommend Seminole Chevrolet, and make sure to ask for Josh!!
So a month ago I bought a brand new 2024 Chevy traverse and I had forgotten to submit this review. I came in with a chip on my shoulder, woman alone, thinking greasy salespeople, did done a ton of research, etc., etc. I have to say they treated me with the upmost respect, they were kind, they worked with me on the deal and I felt like I got a great deal on my vehicle. Sales man Michael got the deal done after a few complications but got it right, easy, and fun
My service writer was wonderful. This was my first trip to this location and I am so glad that I came. I had problems with my battery and the salesman helped and located the warranty so I didn't pay anything and I also got a drive-through car wash which was also free. I felt like a little princess. It was wonderful I highly recommend this establishment to everyone and anyone.
This review is specifically for the Service department. Their scheduling protocol needs improvements.
I have purchased 2 new cars here in the last 6 months. Both experiences were great. Prices were competitive, sales experience was educational supportive, not pushy. They've earned my business for the long haul.
As always, took two of my vehicles in for routine maintenance. I always talk to service advisor Birdie. She is friendly, professional, and listens! The services are performed and the vehicles are thoroughly inspected for all recommended further needs. When I call for an appointment, I always talk to Birdie. She is my go to advisor!
