I strongly advise everyone not to deal with this place. If you decide to go, do not go alone—bring a mechanic with you, because they hide issues. I bought a car from them when the weather was cold, so I couldn’t properly check the cooling system. It later turned out to be faulty, and they never informed me about it. They also hide certain problems that do not appear during the day but only show up while driving at night. I ordered some accessories and parts for my new Equinox from Chevrolet Accessories and had them shipped to Seminole Chevrolet. I called to make sure they had arrived. My call was answered quickly and Don went to the storage room to make sure the items were there with the exception of one item that was backordered. When I arrived, the Sales Department guided me back to Parts behind the service drive. The staff in parts quickly gathered all my boxes. I then called a few days later to cancel the backordered part.
