I negotiated a deal for a 2026 Chevy Colorado over the internet. I felt the deal would probably fall through once I got to the dealership. I was completely surprised when the dealership totally honored the deal. Hats off to my salesman "Joe". He was awesome. A totally professional person who makes the customer feel comfortable and did an amazing job. Overall, this dealership gave me the best experience I have ever had in buying a new vehicle

What are the odds... John Fletcher the service manager l think has done it again!!! l just moved into the area from Clermont and walked into Seminole Chevrolet with a stuck lug preventing me from changing my tires on my Suburban. There was John at the Door, with a big smile. l had forgot his name but can't forget that face. He got Nicholas in the workshop to help me and in under 10min l was out of there. It is never easy buying a new car. The experience can be very difficult. HOWEVER, I was very impressed with my first-time experience at Seminole Chevrolet. My Sales Associate, Josh Mederro was OUTSTANDING!! He was very knowledgeable on the new truck I was looking at, and a joy to work with! The entire staff was very friendly during our visit. And believe it or not, even dealing with Finance was a pleasure! I highly recommend Seminole Chevrolet, and make sure to ask for Josh!!

So a month ago I bought a brand new 2024 Chevy traverse and I had forgotten to submit this review. I came in with a chip on my shoulder, woman alone, thinking greasy salespeople, did done a ton of research, etc., etc. I have to say they treated me with the upmost respect, they were kind, they worked with me on the deal and I felt like I got a great deal on my vehicle. My service writer was wonderful. This was my first trip to this location and I am so glad that I came. I had problems with my battery and the salesman helped and located the warranty so I didn't pay anything and I also got a drive-through car wash which was also free. I felt like a little princess. It was wonderful I highly recommend this establishment to everyone and anyone.
