I went in to test drive a Trailblazer with Norma. She was great with communicating with me via text and call that the car was delivered. I went the next day to test drive and purchased the car same day! Norma was completely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process start to finish. I would completely recommend this dealership as everyone there was pleasant and once I did purchase the car all the staff was congratulating me!
I worked with Randall to purchase my new 2021 Tahoe. I bought the Tahoe remotely from Miami and Randall did a great job staying in touch, preparing the paperwork, getting the vehicle ready for delivery and even driving the vehicle over 100 miles to meet me 1/2 way for final delivery. While I wasn't happy paying a market adjustment and only receiving a small credit, the experience was excellent.
Stuart Pagnotta was excellent. He was responsive and even communicated with me on his day off. He went above and beyond to make a smooth transaction and had me in my new truck in no time with no issues. Highly recommend working with Stuart.
