I had the pleasure of working with Anthony Jr on my USAA claim. He got my Highlander in and out in a timely manner and stay in communication along the way. Excellent and very nice service. Don't go to this car dealership to get your car repaired, or else the nightmare will begin! My car was hit from behind and needed repairs. Everything was fine when I drove into the dealership, but not only did you not fix it, you also damaged many parts of my car: the radiator at the front of the car was broken, and you asked me to pay 822.80. Just picked up my Toyota Venza and was absolutely amazed with how the repairs came out . Anthony jr my estimator helped me out with my State Farm claim. He kept in communication and delivered on time. Excellent repair time line, customer service and quality. Excellent communication, customer service and workmanship! Anthony was my point of contact while my vehicle was being repaired at this facility. Our schedules do not align, so we communicated best through text. He indicated that he would update me every few days and was a truly a man of his word! After picking up my car, I discovered an issue with the locking mechanism on my car door after leaving the facility. Excellent service and the team took extra care to make sure the reconstruction of our Dodge Charger was perfect. We were hit at intersection by driver running red light and totaled the entire front end of vehicle. Anthony and team were outstanding and Charger is back like new. Highly recommend their services.
