Bad experience with Seminole Toyota Service. I had my 2020 Toyota Sienna service by Seminole Toyota on 8/5 for a coolant flush and oil change. I spent over $240 for this which I don’t mind if it’s done correctly. When I went to pick my vehicle up and drove it back to my house, I noticed the coolant was empty. Text my service advisor who said bring it back in so they can add more coolant. In addition my oil filter housing was leaking oil due to be torque on so tight. Worst Customer Service in town. Update: 5/25/25 I guess if you don’t buy from them you get PUNISHED. Today Rolando texted me that they will no longer honor the refund for their mistake. I usually get good service at Seminole Toyota but this past visit I was disappointed. The air in my tires has been 31 lbs rear, 32 lbs front but they drop below that some mornings. The spec is 35 lbs front 33 lbs rear. The problem is when the fronts drop to 30 lbs the low tire light comes on. For my recent trip to Seminole Toyota Service I specifically asked to have the tires checked because there was a low pressure light on when I left the house. But they didn’t. Completely ripped off at every 5000 mile service. They abuse people who dont know much about cars and recommend everything, even if its a service (or 4!) too soon. Make sure you know what your car needs before you stand there for service, otherwise youll be paying $600-$1000 each service.
