Every question I had was answered thoroughly Would you recommend this nursing home to others? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was sufficiently staffed? Yes

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot

Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this nursing home answer all of your questions? Some were answered Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions
