I am very pleased with STLC. They have went above and beyond to help me with my mother. Ms. Mitchell has personally called and went above her job to help me understand dementia. I have called her numerous times and she has always answered my questions to the fullest. Amazing facility. From the front desk to the pick up vans. Wonderful employees.
Senior TLC is the best choice for senior care. They consistently provide me with outstanding customer service, especially when it comes to how they treat my mother who has been diagnosed with dementia. The process was easy; not once did I feel pressured. Senior TLC provided me with viable options for my mother. My mother is so excited about participating in senior TLC. My family is at greater ease than to the help of Senior TLC.
It's hard to know which experience I may be rating as Sr. TLC has been providing care for my wife for some time now. Regardless of the particular experience, they have always been terrific in their support of us and especially her. Having a major hemorrhagic stroke at such a young age could have made her life untenable but STLC has helped make it livable for her. I'll be forever grateful for what they've done and continue to do.
Senior TLC has a passion for people with cognitive disabilities. The personalized care that my mother experiences day-to-day is performed excellently. Vernelle was the first staff member to greet my mother and has since been my point of contact. Vernelle is capable, congenial, and knowledgeable. I absolutely LOVE Senior TLC - their program is amazing the staff is amazing , it’s hard being a caregiver and when you are linked with a company that cares for your loved one as you do, you don’t mind allowing a third party come in to help , my grandma started senior TLC in April 2023.
