All the people that work here are so helpful. They have 200 people here and they take care of all them so nicely. It feels like they are meant to be here. I have four friends here that I love dearly. I do everything for them, I can. When I fell, they all checked on me and took me to the doctor. They made sure to get me a X-Ray.
I had the privilege of witnessing a truly heartwarming moment involving one of the drivers for Senior TLC. As I was driving by, I saw him gently and carefully escorting a participant into his home with such kindness and patience. What stood out most was the level of care he showed—even though he had no idea anyone was watching. If this is the kind of attention they give in quiet moments, it speaks volumes about the quality of care provided. Truly impressive!
Does not bath her or wash her let's her sleep in wheelchair does not put her to bed does not give her medicine does not change her ulcers on her butt bandages has not been changed for 1 1/2 weeks she goes to dialysis 3 times a week she is very week and someone is to be there t feed her put her in bed never happens ! It's great being here, the staff is wonderful 😀!!! JaTara, Rebecca, Courtney, and the rest of the staff are really wonderful people.
I am very pleased with STLC. They have went above and beyond to help me with my mother. Ms. Mitchell has personally called and went above her job to help me understand dementia. I have called her numerous times and she has always answered my questions to the fullest. Amazing facility. From the front desk to the pick up vans. Wonderful employees.
