Terrible experience. First off, the parking situation is awful—barely any space and very frustrating. But even worse was the customer service. This was my first time visiting, and the employee helping me was rude from the moment I walked in. I felt completely unwelcome. Instead of guiding me through the process, I was rushed to sign something quickly because there was supposedly a “long line” behind me. There was only one person in line! I love coming here and the only place I go to cash my checks! The staff are always extremely friendly and FAST! I used to go to PLS several years ago but this place is WAY better!

They were on the news for price gouging customers that were trying to cash gov't FEMA checks for Hurricane Beryl.
