Terrible experience. First off, the parking situation is awful—barely any space and very frustrating. But even worse was the customer service. This was my first time visiting, and the employee helping me was rude from the moment I walked in. I felt completely unwelcome. Instead of guiding me through the process, I was rushed to sign something quickly because there was supposedly a “long line” behind me. There was only one person in line!
