Great customer service, I came in earlier to cash a payroll check for the first time and even though they said my company was new to their system, they helped me and were able to cash my check with no problems. 10/10

My experience here was horrible they charged me $16 to cash a $1200 check I believe PLS charged me like $8 last time I went there so literally twice as expensive as a major competitor, I don’t recommend cashing your check here if you have any other choice choose them

First I read the reviews on this place and saw mostly good and a few bad but I came in and gave them a try anyways because I really needed to cash my check from work. When I went up to the window she didn’t greet me or even acknowledge me. I told her i needed to cash a check so she took the check. After about 5 minutes of pretending to do something on the computer she hands it back and ask for a phone number and my id.
