New management company, not impressed. Non-responsive to residents; overall lack of customer service. Though HOA fees are collected, building is not properly maintained. The amenities we pay for are not available or inoperable; leaks go unrepaired, lighting throughout is either burned out or runs during daytime (waste), landscape is dead, pool is unusable. Not sure where our money is going. Looking forward to transfer of HOA to residents and Sentry exit.
Our Property Manager is Regional Vice President, Annette Rathbun. I have absolutely no doubt that all members of our board, and almost all our owners, would give her a 10 out of 10. The only people who might give her less than that are people whose unreasonable demands she has chosen not to give in to - and for that, we would give her an 11 out of 10! This company intentionally scams people out of money. When setting up auto payments if you set it up “too early” your payment won’t be processed in a timely manner and then they will charge you late fees, interest charges, and intent to lien, hundreds of dollars worth. They won’t give the money back and will tell you that it’s your fault for setting up payments too soon.
