Great explanation and very detailed reporting. I had the pleasure of working with John for my very first home inspection. I was extremely nervous and anxious about the whole process & when the report came back I was even more anxious (first time buyer) John took the time to go over things with my agent & myself and cleared everything up for me. I am very appreciative of the time and attention he took. Definitely high quality work.
John was very punctual, thorough, and knowledgeable. He accommodated our schedule when we had a constraint and was very respectful of our property. His friendly demeanor made it comfortable to discuss property issues with him. All in all he made it a great experience and I highly recommend his services.

Great experience! - good pricing, fast, efficient and thorough. We already had our house on the market and John was able to come the very next day after I called. The report was ready one day later.
Scheduling an appointment that worked for for both of us was the only challenge I had. Communication was great thorough the process. Inspector was more than knowledgeable, courteous and the final report was comprehensive. Would use them again.
