I recently moved to this community relocating from a different city. I work remote, which made it a bit difficult to look for a place while still having to work. I've had nothing but a positive experience since moving in. Maria and Alejandro are great professionals. Every encounter has been a delight and they always address all my questions and concerns. My apartment was clean with no issues since I moved in. The small quick maintenance requests were completed swiftly and well. The onsite maintenance personnel are friendly and professional. Property manager is very unresponsive. You have to alway follow up with him as he will not follow up with you on work orders. I have several service requests since 8/22. Friday, 9/8, I called him and he assured me someone would be out first thing this morning. I called the office when no one came and they assured me someone would be right over but once again.
