Great Place ! Highly recommend. It’s a beautiful property with great amenities. Public areas is always well kept and cleaned routinely. The property manager Maria is really professional and helpful. Maintenance is always on top of anything needed as well. The property is also very quiet 24/7 and lastly the neighbors are very friendly as well. So far so good! I was assisted by Paris with care and the much needed confidence to apply ASAP so that I can get the apartment that I wanted. She gave me a fabulous tour to make sure I loved the property itself and allowed me to look at different apartments to make an informed decision. Please do not waste your money and stay here. Yes, management is nice but they make excuses for any and everything. There are so many fees to pay. You are told one thing by someone then another by the next person. The apartments smell like smoke and the smell will not go away no matter how much you clean. There are roaches and appliances like ac/heating don’t work. Telling management won’t help. My broken toilet was only replaced after days of complaining of a leak. We were very well taken care of by Maria Rivera during the tour of the apartament. She gave us all the information clearly and honestly, which made us even more impressed with the place. During the application process, Ryan guided us through everything with great attention and care. The whole experience was amazing and made us feel really confident about our decision.
I absolutely love my new apartment at Serena Winter Park apartments!!! Maria Riviera the community manager is amazing compassionate individual. She made me feel so welcome to the community. She showed me my apartment. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and warm. She works very hard for the tenants of the community to keep it clean and smoke free. which I absolutely adore.
