Serenity dental is amazing. I had to have extreme dental work to prepare my mouth for dentures. I have always had an extreme fear of dentists. I was so anxious prior to getting the work done. I cant thank dr. Taormina enough for the kindness ,gentleness and compassion he showed me. And to Amanda Tiffany and ann for their kindness and all their help. And to all of them for putting up with such an anxious scared patient. It meant so much. I highly recommend Serenity dentist to everyone.
Serenity Advanced Dental provides a warm, friendly atmosphere, beginning to end. From Ann at reception, to Dr. Taormina, and everyone in between, the mood is friendly, kind, and accommodating. I've had too many bad experiences with dentists to count, but this wasn't one of them! Dr. Taormina did an extraction, a couple of fillings, and mercury filling removal for me so far. What a pleasant experience!! This was my first time going to a dentist in five years. I chose serenity due to their 4.9 star rating and they are close to home. Off the bat I was welcomed in by the receptionist which had a very positive attitude. She was very welcoming and did all she could to make me comfortable. My hygienist Justine was absolutely awesome!!! She explained everything she was going to do and walked me through everything. I hope this review helps someone out there like me. You can trust Dr. Taormina. I found this place from online reviews 6 years ago and saved the info still too scared to go. I had severe dental anxiety and stopped going to the dentist for 17 years after multiple horrible experiences. I was ashamed and mortified and it was getting to the point it could not be ignored and hidden anymore. Just do it, make the call. This was the best worst experience I’ve ever had! Finally I found a dental practice I like … from start to finish it was exceptional! Was the first time paying out of pocket up front but I assumed once my insurance cleared I’d get most of the almost $700 back…. NOT! OUT OF NETWORK!!! I wish I knew up front. I’m never going to be satisfied with anyone else after going to serenity! 5 stars across the board…
