My experience here was great. All the staff worked very well with me and they were accommodating with every need and want that I had during my treatment. If you are struggling, I highly recommend Serenity at Summit to help get you on track to recovery
My stay at Serenity Summit was nice, the staff are wonderful/helpful and the rooms are clean/tidy. However, they can use more staffing, the lounge areas furniture definately needs to be steamed cleaned as well as the vents (dust droppings), upgrade and the meals (more varieties). Otherwise, it was nice.
Let me start by saying that if this rating was for the staff alone it would be an easy 5 with caring case management / coordination from Basia Perez and Venneicia Kemp, and compassion from techs Kadeija, Kamaar and Roderick all going the extra mile and showing they care. However, during my time at the facility there was constant organizational dysfunction, disorganization and lack of communication. This is late but a sweet girl was here with me and her sisters review is up. They overmedicating her to the point where she was slurring her words passing out and we protested as much as we could- the medical team, nurses, doctors, everyone saw it. The medical assistants or the people that take you out for smokes or break, are so incompetent that they were gossiping in a corner and she left, no one noticed. God knows where she went. I wrote a second review but not sure if it posted so I am writing another one. I love you all at serenity our stay they was pleasant all the staff care like for real they really do care. The groups are good and powerful.Shout out to Angelo, Glorious, Rod,(Boomer) Tirza, Melissa (with the curly puffy hair, Beja, Brenda…Too many to count you all you people earned a special place in my heart.
