The Serenity Staff is a very caring and compassionate team! The support has been exceptional during the transition of my loved one. Their nurses are knowledgeable and take their time in speaking with you , to help you understand the hospice care services that are available to you and the patient they will be serving, the team has gone beyond the call of duty to aid in locating resources needed to ensure the care of my mother was nothing less than exceptional! They come highly recommended with no reservations!
You can't ask for a better administration and staff. This company delivers exactly what it says with exceptional teamwork and values. Communication and dedication is the key to it's success. The administrator brings years of proven success to the company and hires staff that have genuine care and compassion for the clients. You cannot go wrong with Serenity Hospice.
We went trough several hospice companies before finding Serenity. The love and caring they give to our mother is such a blessing. With past companies, we always had issues with the administrative staff communicating with us when someone couldn't make it, etc. - not with Serenity. I can honestly say that I don't have anything negative to say about Serenity Hospice Solutions and I highly recommend them. The caring, compassion, and professionalism are second to none.
