I haven't bought a new car in a long time so I saw a Kia soul 2017 at Serramonte Ford in Daly city I made an inquiry and I want to let everybody know this is the best car buying process I have ever been through everybody from Jason to the finance guy. I mean everybody was so nice and it was a smooth process no hiccups no 456 hours at the dealership I was thoroughly impressed and I just give a good job well done to the Ford dealership
I have taken my car here for repairs a few times. They are professional about their work but a little bit expensive.
I just brought my truck in for an oil change. The guy at the service desk was super friendly and knowledgeable about what my truck required. I think his name was Jared Betleyoun. I was pretty impressed with how quick they got it done. He had me in and out of there within an hour. Thanks Jared!

Sean, the Specialty Vehicles Manager, is so knowledgeable, so friendly, and transparent. My whole family was so impressed with his car knowledge. Thank you to Lex at Serramonte ford. We called 3minutes before they closed on a Thursday and he answered the phone. Very friendly and responsive from the beginning. We came a ways away to look at a vehicle and he send us a video of the car to make sure we didn't make the drive for no reason. Amazing service! Will show here again
