I brought my truck to the dealership service department for a leaking sunroof. service advisor Rich Lucas tried to advise me to turn it into my auto insurance. I paid a lot of money for an extended warranty. I dropped the truck off for my appointment on Wednesday morning. I tried getting an update several times and got no information. Don't bother going here for service. Found out from my dash cam video that they didn't 1) do the multi point inspection, 2) do the recall inspection that we agreed upon. My vehicle was driven to the back of the lot, parked there for 3hrs, and moved to the front lot.

I brought my car to Serramonte Ford in September 2024 for a recall on the front doors. At the time, my driver’s side window wasn’t rolling up or down. After the recall service, I was told that a part was needed and that the entire door would need to be replaced. I was assured they would follow up once the part was available. Fast forward to February 2025—I never heard back from them. When I called to get an update, the same service advisor who originally told me the door needed replacement suddenly changed their story. I dropped off my car for a simple oil change on Friday afternoon, I asked the service advisor if my car would be ready by Saturday and he assured me it would be ready! Well I received no call from Serramonte service department all morning so Around 3:30 after running some errands I decided to give them a call thinking they would be closing at 5 on Saturday just to have no one answered! Updating my previous review which was not favorable, I have continued coming to Serramonte Ford to service my vehicle and schedule service visits exclusively with Pam Yaeger. She is an excellent service advisor - timely and communicative with updates and upfront about the service needs of the car. I also appreciate the relatively new service they offer to return the vehicle to my home after the repairs are complete - this has been a great option for those days when my schedule is booked.
