Very mixed impressions. The only positive I can mention is that they can pick up your car and return it — that’s where the positives end. I have a 2023 Ford Bronco, and at the time of purchase I paid $5,000 for an extended warranty, which the dealer unfortunately seems to ignore. I reported two issues to the dealer: a problem with the brake fluid level sensor (an error was appearing) and jerking during gear shifts. I would strongly reconsider taking your car here and cautiously heed the poor reviews. I tried my best to be optimistic but this was the THIRD time my car has been at Ford Serramonte service in 6 months for the same suspension issue. Each time it seems not to be fixed thoroughly and breaks in the same area and now worse. The poor communication, lack of response from Kyle was truly disappointing. I was hesitant to come here based on the poor Google reviews, but my experience was generally positive. The communication was excellent in person, via text and phone calls, and they provided free courtesy vehicle pickup and drop-off from my work in San Francisco. Unfortunately, they kept my vehicle another day, and charged me for a toe alignment only when the service advisor told me they could adjust toe and camber after I installed camber bolts that allows adjustment. I've tried to schedule an appointment for my car at least 4 times. Once when I had the appointment they said no one could work on the car even though I scheduled an appointment online because the team was having a bbq. The next time I was told that I couldn't bring the car in on Friday and have it worked on over the weekend because it was a warranty claim. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent service experience at Ford Service in Colma. Richard Wisnewski handled my service, and the lack of communication and transparency was unacceptable. I was never provided a clear written estimate upfront. My warranty approved $3,451.11 for the repair, yet the dealership claimed the total service cost was $4,169.46, stating their labor rate was higher than the labor rate they themselves submitted to the warranty company.
