Oday was awesome from beginning to end. He made the whole process of test driving to buying as seamless as it could be. Jason who did the financing portion of the sale was just as great he was able to get the initial interest rate i was offered practically cut in half and through the whole process made me and my family feel like we were in great hands. I don't normally leave Reviews but after my Service with Moe I knew I had to leave one for the excellent service provided and the care, honesty and respect I received from him! Came here to get my brake pads replaced and a quick oil change, all handled in a timely manner and I felt like there was complete transparency in the pricing plus the labor that was involved with the work. Just bought a 2021 Ford Escape from Serramonte Ford. Leo did a great job helping us find the car and he delivered to our home which was very helpful given our busy schedules.
Serramonte Ford's service/maintenance team is one of the best in the Bay. I've worked with Toyota and Honda and it is so hit or miss but let me tell you the team at Serramonte ford are incredibly skilled, experienced, kind, thoughtful, and very helpful. I am grateful for their service big or small- and they're also very accommodating! Let's start off with - I did not purchase a vehicle here due to my finding one in a different model than I had anticipated buying... But did have communication with Seth over the vehicle I wanted to look at and test drive. He indicated it was still being cleaned out and a new windshield was going to be installed - so I appreciated that. Even after relocating to the East Bay, I still go to Serramonte Ford for all my service needs, they're reasonably priced! Thank you to Henry Bueno who I've known since 2008 for going above and beyond as always, and thanks to Kyle Roderick for handling all the paperwork and honoring my coupons! Normally folks are inclined to write reviews moreso when it's negative. However, I'm sharing a very positive experience. I brought my escape in for 80k service because I felt that matched what I needed. Pam from the start was very helpful and friendly +1. She saw my car had a recall in which I informed her that I had it taken care of it previously (paid for). She got the paperwork started so that I could get a refund. +1.
