ServCo did a fantastic job building our pool. They took our ideas and made them a reality!! Not only were the workers professional and courteous, but the quality of their work is outstanding! Steve communicated with us throughout the entire process and it was amazing to watch it all come together. We would recommend ServCo to anyone looking to build a pool!
Buying a new pool was a major purchase for us so we obtained quotes from some local contractors, researched the ones we seriously considered and selected ServCo because they provided the best value based on quality, price and feedback from prior customers. Steve was really great. The materials used and the work to put in the shot-crete and pavers was very good. Definitely high quality. The one issue is that the amount of clay needed to build the land up was considerable, but Steve had a good plan to remedy the situation. Steve really seemed to care as if it was his own pool and always had great advice towards maintaining the pool and was very good answering all our questions. Servco built our pool, spa and lanai, and despite some hiccups in the beginning (Hurricane’s Debbie and Helene), they persevered until my gorgeous dream was complete. While we got our job done, we developed friendships with the crew, and they are all stand-up, hardworking, reliable men! We are even planning a pool party with them as our guests. So happy with the way the pool turned out. It is literally like an extension of our house. So serene & peaceful. The roof was extended from our sunroom so we could just step onto the pavers around the pool. Really love the paver look around the pool. Love the ledge to lounge on when it is really hot. Servco had a designer who was very knowledgeable & showed examples of different setups. Can’t wait to start swimming!!
