I would have hired his subcontractors 1000% again! They were great. The gunite refinishing looks wonderful. However, ***** has terrible communication skills, customer service skills and just poor work performance in general. He caulked the edge of our pool as a favor as he called it even though it was in the contract and it looks like he did it with his eyes closed. Started our pool in January 2025 and I made the mistake of paying the final payment months ago. ***** the owner and Serco pools still need to complete the work on the back wall and install a maintenance valve. We want them out of our lives asap.
