Buyers beware!!! Do NOT buy a car from this place. I bought a used car from them when I was living out of state and they assured me it was serviced, inspected, and cleaned. It was never ran through their service department (confirmed in a later phone call when I noticed there was not a new oil change sticker inside), was never inspected, and was absolutely disgusting inside. I bought a 2019 ford expedition from Sharp and I’ve never had so much trouble with a vehicle. They’ve had it multiple times for various reasons including engine work back in November. I needed a new alternator just recently and found out that the service department at Sharp didn’t bolt down my engine and there were a bunch of loose bolts everywhere. I will never buy a vehicle here again or have the service department work on it. Awful service.

Casey was great to work with. Told him the vehicle I was looking for and he listened and found it. He didn’t go for the quick deal but found the right deal.

Following is the email I sent to Sharp on July 1, and I’ve not yet had a response… This email is in regard to service I had done on my 2006 Pontiac Vibe on June 27. I had a recall on it that had to get replaced and while there I decided to have an oil change. Carl, recommended I also get my tires rotated which was only $20 so I agreed. | He also then recommended I flush the brake fluid which I declined as I didn't want to spend that much. I have been nothing but impressed with both Sales and Service at Sharp's. Our Salesman Tyler is extremely helpful with all of our questions.....and even after the sale he cares about how you are doing in your new vehicle. The Service department is TOP NOTCH...Alex and the service crew are fabulous...make you feel comfortable and will go the extra mile...especially dealing with warranty companies. Thank you Sharp's for the amazing customer service....I so appreciate it.
