Very Responsive
I used these guys through a Home Warranty program and while there was a resolution to the issue the road to get there wasn't the best. First the request was placed in the beginning of November. The guy that came to the house was very jumpy and after only being there a couple of minutes said we needed parts to be ordered. He said this as we quickly walked away from my house so I guess the poor guy was not comfortable going in a customer's house due to COVID. He really seemed terrified to be honest. We had a great experience with this company that American Homeshield sent out to repair our washing machine. Duane the field operations supervisor was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what part was needed to repair our washing machine. He got the part ordered on Wednesday afternoon and came back Friday morning. We are very glad that they did our repair quickly.
