I contacted Service Pro Heating and Cooling when my water heater sprung a leak. Ron was able to set me up with an appointment within a very reasonable amount of time. The removal of the old water heater and new install went smoothly. He showedme how to light my new water heaterand adjust the temperature setting. He went over his work carefully checking everything before leaving and cleaned up . I'm very happy with the new water heater and will definitely call Service Pro anytime I service for heating or cooling.
My AC was acting up right as we got close to the start of summer. The unit was old so I thought I’d get a few estimates to get it replaced. I called Ron and he scheduled an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time and was very reasonable and professional as I juggled my three small children. He looked at my AC unit and realized the issue was probably a minor problem he could fix easily. He grabbed his tools and had the unit running like new in about 10 minutes. Very pleased with Ron's prompt response and the fackt that he took it upon himself to helped me out with a warranty he had nothing to do with and got the job done. He lived up to the schedule and quickly assessed the issue with my A/C unit from the very first time. Very professional, friendly and fair.
Ron came out right away to give us an estimate on a new furnace. Was able to install it within a few days at a very reasonable price. Very nice guy and professional. Did all the work himself. Very happy with his service and my new furnace.
