He was polite and professional, and shared with us all that he recommended. We were in good shape, so no additional work was needed. This is a great company, and we highly recommend them!

We just had a new Trane whole home A/C & heating system installed. Carlos and Team done a fantastic job of removing our old unit and installing the new. SSI showed up right on time and their techs were extremely professional and polite through out the entire process. Once they finished, the crew cleaned up the work area and made sure we where happy with the installation. Outstanding service and competitive pricing. The technicians who came and installed our tankless water heater (Eddie and Sam) were very friendly, professional, and left the space cleaner than when they arrived. SSI is HIGHLY recommended!

I had my fall heat pump maintenance inspection today and all went well. Elmer Moya was my technician and he did a thorough inspection of my outdoor unit and indoor air handler. Elmer is very knowledgeable concerning HVAC issues and he answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. I have been doing business with SSI since 2009 and I highly recommend them and their technicians for their professionalism, knowledge and promptness.

Woke up this morning at 7:30 am to no heat or hot water. Called SSI and the repair man was here before 12pm. Fantastic courteous prompt service. Very happy. Recommend highly!!!
