I have been a customer of SSI for about three years now, and couldn't be happier. The people are great! I recently had Mike here doing a plumming inspection, and I have to say that while I'm a big believer in periodic maintenance inspections, I have never had such a complete one done. Installed a new HVAC system for us in the fall of 2017. We have had some quality problems with the system but they have been quick to respond and repair. Our most recent service was excellent. They sent their tech Joe Sechler who was outstanding. He carefully went through the system for an inspection. He made some performance improvements, minor adjustments and has renewed our confidence in the Company. Thanks Joe!
