Pleased with the great service received from SSI. Michael, the technician, was friendly, polite and professional. Did an outstanding job completing the project in an efficient manner despite having a tight space to work in. Would definitely use them again in the future.
I had SSI as my maintenance contractor but that did not stop me from interviewing and getting 3 other quotes. I was without A/C for a week but didn't want to rush to judgement. Great service from scheduling to in-house work by Cody. On a routine annual inspection per the plumbing contract, Cody discovered that the pressure gauge on the main water line was measuring way too high. He gave us a quote and quickly installed the gauge two days later. He also installed at no charge an overflow tank on our hot water heater.
