RecommendedSSI is a company i would recommend. They have done our service agreement for years. We had a 24 year old unit and I guarantee it only lasted as long as it did because of their upkeep. When this time it revealed a crack in the system they were able to come out that day to give us an estimate. They were also able to offer excellent financing. They installed it the next day. All of my experiences with SSI personnel have been very good, from dispatchers to service people, and this was no exception. Joe was very efficient and helpful, suggested a change to my plan that would benefit me at a very competitive price. Sam was great at keeping me posted on Joe's status, which saved me some time. We've always had a great experience with SSI providers. This time, Clint Boyd came to the house to do a system check for us. He was thorough, not only in checking our two heating systems, but also the whole house humidifier. He installed an Air Scrubber to eliminate a nascent mold problem and prevent any future growth as well. Clint was very knowledgeable about what I need once he did the inspection. I am so glad I called SS! for my heating inspection. Clint talked and showed me the problems that was involved with my furnace. With his expertise I was also inform that I need a Air scrubber install to help kill the bio growth that had been billing up in my home for years. Just had them out for some plumbing work. They did a great job and were on time and very professional. Excellent prices as well.
Responded to my concerns and had a technician check out our heating system to make sure it's running to spec.
Service Specialties came to help us with our heating and cooling needs and the caliber of the professionalism I met with from the onset was superior. I highly recommend this company. The service Technician, Patrick K, was excellent, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.
Paul came out to both my new system and my girlfriend's new system, both installed within a couple of weeks of each other. He had been out here once when I wasn't sure I was getting A/C and he made sure all was working right then. He was the same way this time, very courteous and personable. He checked out my system first then I met him at my GF's house and he checked out hers, too. I asked various questions and he had the answers ready and accurate.
