From the initial contact to the follow up after the job was completed SSI was superb! They confirmed the appointment and followed up both prior to the appointment and when the job was completed. They were very professional. They really knew what they were doing. Very courteous and respectful. They put down drop clothes and also wore booties as well as masks. They took the time to walk me through how to operate the new thermostat. When they were all done, they cleaned up so well, you'd never know they were here. Well done! The techs always arrive on time and do a good job. They are neat, clean up any trash, etc. All the techs have been most pleasant. They are knowledgeable about the products.
