RecommendedI had a plumbing leak in a hot water pipe in an obscure location in my house. I don't know how, but Tom found the leak, which was a hair line crack in a right angle joint about 2 feet inside of a wall near the ceiling of my garage. He then repaired the leak at a reasonable cost. If you have a leak, call SSI and ask for Tom.

They were amazing! I got a leak in my laundry room. I could not get it to stop. Angie's List recommended them so I called. I kid you not, Tom was at my house in less than 20 minutes. He was polite, efficient and explained everything to me! I was amazed at the service. Definitely will use them in the future!

SSi is a very professional company. Clint is my service specials that have maintained my old system..He also sold me the new system and recommended the best value system for my situation. The install team was the best I've had for any appliance installation. The entire team were very professional and respectful towards my wife and I. My install team was very professional and efficient. They focused on all aspects of the install, including adding additional air flow in the return duct.
Had no heat on first really cold night. Called SSI at 8am and they had Fred B at our house before 10 am. Fred fixed our problem and then agreed to perform service routine on both units thus eliminating a service call originally scheduled for next week. Fred B was very professional, friendly and informative. He provided thorough explanation on everything he did. Very pleased with SSI and Fred B. Outstanding company and staff. Glad we found them.
