The service was excellent. Gene was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. Before actually changing the outdoor faucet, Gene had visited to provide estimates and options on how to raise the faucet. After considering the options, we went with the least intrusive option. When I had questions about other plumbing issues, Gene thoroughly explained them. I highly recommend SSI for their plumbing services as well as their HVAC division which we have used for years.
