After my heat pump fan stopped working and I shut down the system, the next morning (today) called SSI at 7:30 and they were able to schedule same day between 12-5pm. They were able to come early at 11:00 am so I was able to come home for the visit and return to work. He performed all checks needed and explained how the fan works and how it sometimes does not turn on. Thank you!! It was cold last night!! I would always recommend this company.

Excellent service and pront work
I needed a complete system installed (gas furnace and a/c). Mark B and Reid. M were awesome. They arrived on time and were so pleasant, helpful, and informative to me. Answered and explained all questions. Job was an all day thing but they were efficient and thorough. Would recommend SSI svcs to anyone.
Very professional in setting up the appointment, showing up on time, and performing the service while educating me as to what is the problem. Then at the end the phone images of the broken and new parts were emailed to me along with the invoice. Clint B is great at his job.
The team was great. They were able to get out the same day, diagnose, and fix the HVAC issue in one afternoon. They were true to the time window and had reasonable prices!
