We purchased the Furnace/AC Unit from SSI in 2015. As expected, it was a great decision to purchase from SSI as they are very professional and have always been reliable partners in all our cooling/heating needs. They don't try to upsell me every time they ring my doorbell, but, make recommendations that make sense and help keep the unit running strong. I just had my semi-annual service check-up. Pete was on time--very efficient and thorough. I appreciated his knowledge of the system and friendly personality. I am a true believer in periodic maintenance checks. SSI always send reminders and the entire process is efficient. Pete offered some recommendation to be considered. Highly recommend SSI!!

Just had a new system installed, Mark Burns and Reid actually completed this install during torrential rains. When Mark arrived in the pouring rain I told him I was gladly surprised to see him at same time was very surprised given the incredible downpour and ongoing rain we were experiencing. He said no worries we will pitch a canopy and get you all squared away! Mark and Reid did an incredible job!! Very pleased with SSI's quote and installation. They had the most competitive price and they even take care of completing the warranty paperwork for you. The installers were punctual and courteous and the job was done to our satisfaction. Operation of the new heat pump, air handler, humidifier and thermostat were explained to us so we felt comfortable with using the system when the team left. SSI was recommended to us by a friend and I recommend them to others.
