We had a great experience! Ashanti did an amazing job and was so knowledgeable. We felt zero pressure when looking at the different vehicles in the lot and got all of our questions answered. I also got one-on-one time with Alieza after our purchase to get some help finishing setting up profiles. We’re so pleased with how well we were taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!
Showed up for a 0730 oil and tire service. Service advisor Mitchell Regnier opened up the Quick Lube and already had my paperwork ready to go. Quick discussion of services to be done, verified tire service and added oil change coupon from site to the service items. Mitchell kept me updated, very pleasant person to work with and ensured all services were complete explaining the tire service completed, tire depth and future options. Thanks to Mitchell and Twin Falls Subaru for an effortless service experience.

This was my first time having my Outback serviced at Twin Falls Subaru, as I just move to Twin Falls from out of state, and I was extremely pleased. Every person I had occasion to speak with was very polite, helpful, and cheerful. The service work was performed in a short period of time and the waiting room and refreshments were nice. They even washed the car when they completed the servicing. I will definitely be bringing my car back here whenever the need arises.
Doug Swank is hands down the best service adviser I’ve ever had at any dealership. Blew my expectations out of the water! Doug made me feel like family. Also the whole service dept was top notch! From the young lady that answered the phone to the two driver helpers that took me to the place I needed to be and picked me up. Thank you! I love great customer service and today I got it!
