I highly recommend Twin Falls Subaru Service if you have a Subaru, which you should, because everyone needs a Subaru. This service shop even helped me rebuild my 04 STI, which had been driven like a bat outta hell its whole life. It was tricky, but their crew restored the motor beautifully. Also they have the most convenient service center for my other more-civilized Subies… just schedule it in the app and they take care of the rest. Fast, professional and friendly service and they even have cushy waiting area.
I was seen on time. I was greeted in a friendly manner and my costs were discussed prior to beginning service. And they actually got me out sooner than they expected. My technician Chris also was able to answer some questions I had.
Service adviser Doug Swank was very good at going over all the details and advising me on maintenance needs. He took the time to physically show me the wear on my tires and explain the necessity of needed alignment. This is a guy that I trust and respect for his car knowledge and commitment to customer service.
Great service and experience getting a repair. I usually avoid dealerships but I would go back again. Repair quote was in line with other shops. They didn’t keep adding more charges or stacking charges like other shops I’ve dealt with. The bill came in lower than expected for transmission work. They also loaned us a new car at no charge and let us keep it a few extra days as we couldn’t go to pick up our car until the weekend.
I really appreciate the folks in the Twin Falls Subaru Service Department. They've been taking care of my Ascent for six years now and have never been anything but friendly, polite and helpful. And I've never had a problem with any maintenance work they've done on my car. 5 stars! Hi
