I felt very welcomed coming in for my first service on my Subaru 😁 They were fast, curtious, polite and our car came out looking nice and running great! Shout out to Doug Swank for being so helpful!! Thank you Chris Hoffman for doing a great job on my rear break pads and rotors!

Hi highly recommend Diego, he was very helpful in answering questions about all the vehicles. Explained the pricing well, the finance lady, I forgot her name, was very nice also explained all the options and worked to get my payments to where I wanted. The service staff were great at getting in quickly to add extra option I wanted. Overall an amazing experience at Twin Falls Subaru.

Subaru has been very good to me. I traded my 2023 impreza that I bought new in for a used 2022 ascent. Unfortunately there have been a few minor issues with it and they have taken very good care of me. They didn't make a frustrating situation worse instead they made it right.

Appointment was made for the same day I called. Service associate was very friendly and accommodating. Service tech explained everything they did on my Subaru, the car had been washed and he opened the car door for me to drive away. Excellent customer service is important. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you!
