Appointment was made for the same day I called. Service associate was very friendly and accommodating. Service tech explained everything they did on my Subaru, the car had been washed and he opened the car door for me to drive away. Excellent customer service is important. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you!
We had an excellent experience at the Service Department at Twin Falls Subaru. Setting up the appointment was easy and clear. We arrived at the appropriate door, it was opened and we drove inside. This was very nice because it was cold and instead of walking through a cold parking lot we walked through a door into a wonderful waiting room. We had a great experience! Ashanti did an amazing job and was so knowledgeable. We felt zero pressure when looking at the different vehicles in the lot and got all of our questions answered. I also got one-on-one time with Alieza after our purchase to get some help finishing setting up profiles. We’re so pleased with how well we were taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!
