I bought a used car that had a problem after I bought it. Rather then paying out of pocket my sales guy Eric had them look to see what the problem was and then had them fix it for me since I had just recently bought the car. Amy is the the service department was great as well. Thank you both for helping me get it fixed.
I was sold a vehicle that had some major problems that would not be covered under the 30 day warranty. After my experience with the sales and finance team which is still not resolved I expected the worst. I was 100% wrong. Brian Holt, Jordon Egbert and their team went above and beyond. 5 stars plus. I wish the dealership people would learn customer service from people who truly care. Thank you so much.
They made me wait in the waiting room for 2 hours after my car was done with oil change. But called husband instead and said they'd come find me but didn't.
